About the Role

As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised support services to clients with intellectual disability, high physical support needs, and medical/health needs
  • Transport clients in wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
