Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Manager Specialist to lead our strategic SAP initiatives and advise clients on SAP Solution Manager strategies. The successful candidate will have extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, especially with SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on SAP Solution Manager strategies, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Design and implement complex SAP Solution Manager landscapes aligned with business needs.
  • Lead large SAP Solution Manager projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Stay updated on SAP Solution Manager trends and promote continuous improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP Solution Manager implementations, updates, and migrations.
  • Build relationships with SAP Solution Manager providers and partners to optimize resources.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, translating their needs into SAP solutions.
  • Ensure high standards in SAP Solution Manager deliverables through strict quality measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, especially with SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Solution Manager administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security, and backup procedures.
  • Expertise in SAP NetWeaver and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA administration and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proven success in leading complex SAP projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Additional Requirements
  • Active NV1 AGSVA clearance or ability to obtain it.
