As a Food Service Attendant at the Royal Military College (Duntroon), you'll have the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a unique and dynamic environment. Our established team will provide you with full training and support, allowing you to grow and thrive in your role.

The Role

  • This part-time position requires a minimum of 16 hours per fortnight.
  • You'll have the chance to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a friendly and supportive team.
  • Responsibilities include providing food and beverage service, maintaining food service and preparation areas, and performing basic food preparation.
  • Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to the Defence force.
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining company policies and food safety practices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Prior hospitality and food handling experience is beneficial.
  • A valid licence, transport, and RSA certification are required.
  • Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are a plus.
  • You should be highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to take on any task, including cleaning and food preparation, are required.
