We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Café and Events Team at Trippas White Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional food and beverage service to our clients. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working efficiently in a team environment, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and service targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety standards
  • Operate cash handling and POS systems accurately and efficiently
  • Work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge and experience working in functions or events
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Flexible and able to work across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • A working understanding of Food safety Standards
  • Current RSA
  • Police Check obtained within the last few months
