Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly skilled Building Inspector to join our team. As an inspector, you will be responsible for conducting site visits and audits to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

\You will be responsible for undertaking inspections and surveillance activities to drive practitioner compliance. This includes responding to consumer complaints and supporting our efforts to tackle complex building-related matters.

- Stay up-to-date with changes to building codes and regulations.\

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. building science, architecture).\
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspection or a related field.\
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.\
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.\
- Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development.\\
