Process Engineering Lead Role

We are seeking an accomplished Process Engineering Lead to oversee the conceptual and detailed process design for major water treatment projects. This involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced process models, system optimisation strategies, and integrate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical direction and review of engineering deliverables, procurement specifications, and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to champion value engineering initiatives that enhance long-term operability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, with 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles within water infrastructure. They must demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

They should possess excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.

This role requires someone who can think critically and creatively, develop innovative solutions, and provide expert technical guidance to the project team.
