We are seeking a Disability Employment Specialist to join our team. As a Disability Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping people with injuries, illnesses or disabilities become work-ready and find suitable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Create and implement a joint employment plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
