Customer Service Specialist

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by phone and email in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our friendly customer service team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting bespoke products that make a real impact in the design and built environment.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to both internal and external customers
  • Accurately process and manage complex sales orders, pricing, and delivery coordination
  • Track and follow up on deliveries and liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the Credit Controller with payments, pro-forma invoicing, and account management
  • Apply attention to detail to daily reporting, stock coordination, and CRM data entry
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Warehouse teams
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order-processing environment
  • A confident communicator with a naturally helpful, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) and CRM platforms highly regarded
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
