We're seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. This role involves delivering proactive advice and exceptional service to clients across various industries.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
- Provide high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
- Advising on business structuring, strategic planning, and growth strategies.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members.
- Manage workflows, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes to deliver the most current advice.
- 3+ years' experience in Australian tax/business services (required).
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing (preferred).
- Strong technical skills across a variety of entity types.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero certification highly regarded).
