Caregiver Role for Individuals with Disabilities

Our organisation is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes.
This role requires the ability to work independently, managing personal care tasks, medication administration, and domestic duties.
You will be responsible for providing transport services and assisting clients with complex needs, including bowel care, manual handling, bed bath, dressing/grooming activities, meal preparation, wound management, and skin checks.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience working with urinary drainage systems, enemas, ceiling hoists, and other specialised equipment.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the disability sector.
The ideal candidate will be able to commit to most days of the week and have a flexible approach to work.
