As a guardian of quality and safety, you will be the driving force behind excellence in our centre.
The Quality Leader will champion a child-safe culture where every child feels seen, heard, and protected. They will embed high-quality practices that align with the National Quality Standard, particularly in Quality Areas 2, 3, 4 & 6.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement using the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and ensure the centre is prepared for Assessment & Rating.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community to ensure their needs are met.
- Partner with leadership to create a high-performing, passionate, and inclusive team.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the centre adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and education.
- Educator Support: Mentor and support educators to elevate their practice and promote ongoing learning.
- Family Engagement: Cultivate relationships with families and the local community to ensure their voices are heard.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NQF, Child Safe Standards, and EYLF, as well as experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading teams in early education. They will be motivated to drive meaningful change and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
