About Our Team Lead

As our new Team Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of early childhood education. Your leadership skills and experience will inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily centre operations to drive excellence and child growth
  • Built strong relationships with team members, families, and the wider community through effective communication and collaboration
  • Champion a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, supporting your team to bring it to life in practice
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold values that ensure child safety and positive learning outcomes
  • Foster a culture of excellence where everyone feels valued and motivated

You will receive guidance from your off-the-floor Director-in-Training, Educational Leader, and dedicated operations team.

Our Requirements
  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
  • 5+ years of early childhood experience, with at least 3 years in management
  • Skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance documentation; knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach and familiarity with EYLF and NQS
  • First aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
  • A valid working with children check (employee) and mandatory reporting
