Childcare Centre Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced centre manager to oversee daily operations and provide a safe and inclusive environment for children.
This role involves establishing a well-structured routine, managing staff rosters, food preparation, and compliance checks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing engaging learning experiences that cater to the needs of children.
About You
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Prior experience working as a lead educator/coordinator in before and after-school care settings.
- A sound understanding of the national quality framework and regulatory requirements.
- Diploma or above in any of the children's services qualifications (ACECQA approved).
- First aid certification in an education and care setting.
- A food safety supervisor certificate.
- A valid WA working with children check (employee) and department of education police check (issued within the last 6 months or willing to obtain).
- Right to work in Australia.
What We Offer
This is a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus additional benefits, including childcare assistance, employee mentoring program, professional development assistance, and referral program.
