This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy, supporting a well-established brand during a period of growth and innovation.

About the Opportunity

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and global teams, gaining exposure to large-scale initiatives and enterprise marketing tools.

Please note this role cannot offer hybrid working arrangements, and only candidates comfortable with working on-site 5 days per week in the CBD should apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the B2B marketing strategy
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
  • Plan and manage industry events, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver on campaign and content objectives
  • Manage performance metrics and monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Support brand positioning through compelling content, communications, and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B marketing
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong experience managing integrated campaigns, events, and third-party agencies
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation
