As a Director of Catholic Faith and Oblate Mission, you will lead a dynamic faith community centered on the Gospel of Jesus Christ and true to the charism of St Eugene de Mazenod. Our mission is to live, learn, lead, and serve as a Catholic learning community within the Oblate spirit.

Job Description:

The Director of Catholic Faith and Oblate Mission is responsible for developing and maintaining a vibrant faith community that embodies the values of the Gospel and the Oblate tradition.

This role involves working closely with teachers, staff, and students to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters spiritual growth and development.

  • Develop and implement programs that promote Catholic identity and values
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver curriculum that aligns with Catholic education principles
  • Foster relationships with local parishes and the wider Catholic community
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Catholic theology and education principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
  • Current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA)
  • A valid Working with Children Check
