Merchant Operations Leader
  • As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a group of dedicated merchant service advisors.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and has a natural ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4 dedicated merchant service advisors.
  • Oversee core merchant operational processes including application processing, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, reporting, invoice validation, data accuracy, and terminal rental oversight.
  • Resolve client queries within agreed SLAs, provide frontline servicing support, and escalate complex issues as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing or operational role with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Experience resolving complex queries and driving operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of B2B service environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple areas of the business.
