Logistics Implementation Specialist Role

This is a key role in ensuring seamless logistics services implementation at our organization.

  • Manage customer onboarding and follow-up activities to guarantee successful integration.
  • Develop foundational skills and business knowledge to foster a flexible career path in customer-oriented roles.
  • Collaborate with operations teams as a commercial bridge to ensure customer expectations are met during implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and adoption of tools, processes, and presentations for efficient implementation.
  • Implement our implementation methodology, including:
    • Documenting customer requirements.
    • Leading discovery meetings and capturing current customer processes.
    • Documenting and contributing to future state design, including creation of customer process maps when necessary.
  • Tracking and maintaining action items throughout the implementation process.
  • Managing 30, 60, & 90 day follow-up activities with new customers.
  • Supporting customer reporting needs identified during implementation.
  • Assisting with customer technology demonstrations for training purposes during implementation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
