Pearl Farm Tour Captain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced master mariner to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the safe operation of our vessel and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complying with all aspects of the vessel's safety management system and supporting documents.
• Ensuring marine standards are followed and the vessel is operated safely.
• Delivering welcome, departure and safety briefings to guests, as well as onboard commentary.
• Assisting guests with transferring on and off the vessel in a timely and safe manner.
• Assisting in the training of team members to meet the standards of our organization.

Requirements include maintaining accurate vessel records using our maintenance management system Helm, as well as holding current AMSA issued Master certification and possessing excellent communication skills.

Qualifications include:

• Current AMSA issued Master certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to adapt and manage priorities.
