This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned property professional to take on new challenges. As a senior property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring seamless property management experiences for all stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a well-maintained group of properties with efficiency and care.
  • Building Relationships: Work closely with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure a seamless property management experience.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Conduct routine inspections and ensure properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Manage maintenance and tenant issues with professionalism and a focus on quick resolutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of property management experience under your belt.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You'll have a knack for building rapport and managing expectations.
  • Organisation and Attention to Detail: You'll stay on top of deadlines and never let anything fall through the cracks.
  • Knowledge of Industry Software: You're confident using a number of property management systems to streamline your work.
  • Positive Team Player: You're adaptable, approachable, and ready to contribute to a great team culture.
