Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure Team in Queensland. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the construction supervisors and project manager with the program of works, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and plan project timelines in accordance with client expectations
  • Monitor project execution and report delays or problems to the construction team
  • Manage and review weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Drive and administer client-focused initiatives and improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent skills across Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel
  • Experience in SAP and/or Ariba is highly regarded
