Job Opportunity: Beauty Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a beauty advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and previous retail experience is preferred.

  • Taking the time to learn customers' needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel good.
  • Upholding values and vision whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
  • Offering expert advice and providing an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
Key Qualifications:
  • A team player who is open to receiving daily coaching/feedback from store and assistant manager.
  • Confident in reaching sales targets.
  • An active contributor to the collective by being agile, tenacious, and optimistic.
