Job Summary

Club Assist Pty is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will provide professional and supportive assistance to members and customers of local auto clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside and sell and install batteries as required
  • Offer trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers
  • Deliver and promote our services efficiently and professionally
  • Work to our policies and processes, including ensuring financial and administrative records are kept up to date
  • Ensure cleanliness and working order of all company vehicles and facilities, tools, equipment, and uniforms, and report any faults or damage

Requirements

  • Unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence
  • Highly trustworthy and reliable with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge (ideal)
  • Availability for weekend or evening work
  • Reliability, organisation, and punctuality, with great attention to detail
  • Commitment to upholding our Health, Safety, and Environment standards
