Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee in Early Childhood Education.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in working with children and gaining experience in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be completing their qualification while gaining valuable experience interacting with children, planning activities, and providing care for children between 18 months and 6 years old.

As a full-time employee, you will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 3 hours of paid study time per week.

About the Role

The role involves working closely with our experienced staff to provide high-quality education and care to our children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote learning and development, as well as ensuring the health and safety of the children in your care.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and support each other in your roles.

  • Have a genuine interest in education and working with children
  • Be reliable and a team player
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic
  • Hold a Working with Children Check or be able to obtain one
