Customer Experience Specialist

Care Connects Us: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered throughout their stay.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting pre-arrival calls to initiate the guest experience and meet needs prior to arrival
  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with guests during arrival and throughout their stay
  • Building relationships with regular, long-stay, and VIP guests
  • Following up on all guest requests made directly or indirectly
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:
  • Previous front office experience in a similar position within a five-star hotel environment
  • Ability to establish rapport and engage in personable conversations with guests
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Five-star grooming standards and willingness to work flexible hours
