A Veterinary Clinical Director is sought to join Seven Animal Health, a well-established Veterinary Hospital in the Northwestern suburbs of Sydney.
Salary and BenefitsThis full-time position comes with an above-award competitive remuneration package up to $150,000k plus super, including a 10,000k sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. The role also offers specific support for clinical interests, sponsorship, and relocation assistance.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will oversee a team of Veterinarians, Veterinary Nurses, and Support staff, providing mentoring and training support. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of clinical operations and management of the hospital
- Leadership and mentorship of a team of Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses
- Development and implementation of clinical protocols and policies
- Maintenance of high standards of patient care and customer service
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified and experienced Senior-level Veterinarian with previous leadership experience. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients. A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service is essential.
