Event Production Manager – Venues

Achieve success in your events career with a global production powerhouse. Our team delivers high-end technical and event expertise throughout the entire event production process, supervising technicians in the delivery, installation, operation, and removal of audio-visual equipment for shows of any size and complexity.

About the Role:
  • Develop and review event objectives in coordination with key stakeholders to create engaging experiences.
  • Determine event specifications, crafting event designs that meet customer requirements while ensuring cost estimates stay within parameters.
  • Create and maintain accurate event schedules within specifications, estimating labor, equipment, and transport requirements.
  • Attend client meetings and briefings as needed to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Oversee the financial integrity of the event, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide technical advice to the sales department and assist with cost estimates as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Background in corporate events.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
