Senior Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house management, event coordination, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for guests and clients.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of performance.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute events, meetings, and functions to meet client requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Events Management, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Licenses and Certificates: Current Approved Manager's license and RSA certificate.
