Key Defence Aviation Support Role
We seek an experienced defence and contract manager to support growing defence aviation contracts. Join a skilled team delivering critical capabilities to the Australian Defence Force.
The role location is flexible and could be based in Brisbane or Sydney.
End-to-End Contract Management Position
This leadership position oversees contract management, client liaison, operational support and business development across key Defence contracts at:
- Army Aviation Training Centre from Swartz Barracks, Oakey;
- 1st Aviation Regiment and Defence exercises from Robertson Barracks and deployed, Darwin
You will play a central role in deploying aircraft and personnel across Australia and the Pacific region (PNG, Bougainville, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, etc.). Key responsibilities include managing Defence aviation contract performance, reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operational coordination and logistic support for deployments and exercises
- Provide strategic and tactical support for new business capture and contract mobilisation
- Maintain high-level client relationships across Defence and foreign military stakeholders
