We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious front end loader operators to join our team at a leading agribusiness in South Australia.

About the Role
  • Operate front end loaders for grain movement and bunker management efficiently and safely.
  • Support road transport operations, including outturning activities.
  • Maintain grain quality during the handling and movement process.
  • Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile plant operation e.g. front-end loaders, excavators, and/or heavy vehicle machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Safely operate front end loaders to manage grain movement and bunker storage.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team for smooth outturning activities.
  • Implement measures to maintain high-quality grain throughout the handling and movement process.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bunkers, silos, and storage areas.
Requirements

The successful applicant must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience operating mobile plant equipment (front-end loaders, excavators, and/or heavy vehicles).
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail.
