About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Ballina. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfer of clients, as per their care plans
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
  • Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)
  • Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's License and reliable transport
  • Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc)
