**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert geotechnical guidance throughout project lifecycles. This role involves training and mentoring junior engineers, managing project teams, and liaising directly with clients to maintain strong relationships.

You will review and approve technical reports and project deliverables, contributing to the overall success of the project. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute detailed site investigations, including drilling boreholes and conducting in-situ tests such as Standard Penetration Tests and Cone Penetration Tests.
  • Compile findings into comprehensive reports outlining site conditions, analysis results, and recommendations for foundation design, earthworks, and other geotechnical aspects.
  • Offer specific recommendations for foundation types, slope stability measures, drainage solutions, and ground improvement techniques.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers.
  • Oversee construction activities related to geotechnical work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in technical reviews, investigations, design, maintenance, and construction.
  • Full Driver's License.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
