Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the accounts receivable team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices, timely collection of payments, and maintenance of positive relationships with clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process – invoicing, payments, and fund application
  • Handle escalated customer queries, disputes, or payment issues while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Generate and analyse reports on ageing, collections, and cash flow to identify trends and improvements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and de-escalate effectively
  • Prior experience with financial management systems
  • Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable
