Job Title: Mobile Device Repair Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Repair Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on mobile phones and laptops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile phones and laptops.
  • Perform screen replacements, battery changes, motherboard repairs, and other component-level repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating system installations and updates.
  • Handle data recovery, backup, and transfer services.
  • Solder and replace small electronic components as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and estimated costs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper handling of tools and spare parts.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a mobile phone and laptop technician.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in micro-soldering and board-level repairs is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with an expected 35 - 42 hours worked per week. The schedule includes 8 hour shifts and shift work.
