Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This involves:

  • Leading by example, setting high standards, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Managing stockroom operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and maintenance of a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid retail sales background with experience in leadership or supervisory positions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stockroom management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
