As the MH-60R Deputy Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering acquisition, sustainment and upgrade support for the Navy Aviation enterprise.

This role provides logistics, contract and maintenance support to the organisation as the MH-60R product manager.

You will lead a dynamic team and in conjunction with industry partners and Navy, directly support and deliver critical Defence capability in support of Australia's national interests.

The role supports the MH-60R helicopter capability, primarily located at HMAS Albatross. It works in a combination of traditional Defence contracting and commercial environments, undertakes logistics and technical governance activities, and offers a diverse and rewarding career within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include managing an integrated high functioning team of APS and ADF employees, ensuring compliant and effective outcomes are achieved in an inclusive and collaborative working environment.

They will actively maintain stakeholder relationships and regularly engage with Australian Defence, US government and industry partners to facilitate the provision of timely advice and the delivery of the MH-60R capability.

The successful applicant will join a diverse team made up of APS, ADF, US Navy and contractors, all driven to ensure the availability of the RAN's MH-60R Seahawk Romeo Helicopter fleet and the safety of its aviators and aircraft maintenance staff is delivered under a cost-effective and financially compliant framework.
