Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to lead a dynamic team in providing logistics, contract and maintenance support as the MH-60R Deputy Product Manager.

This role will involve managing MH-60R sustainment product management activities within an integrated workforce, adhering to legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence mission and policy requirements.

  • Provide expert policy advice, implement relevant policies, and lead strategic objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage an integrated high-functioning team of APS and ADF employees to achieve compliant and effective outcomes in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and regularly engage with Australian Defence, US government and industry partners to facilitate timely advice and delivery of MH-60R capability.

The successful applicant will require experience in Integrated Logistics System (ILS), contract management support, and maintenance outcomes with strong product, personnel and business acumen.

You will be part of a diverse team of APS, ADF, US Navy and contractors focused on ensuring the availability of the RAN MH-60R Seahawk Romeo Helicopter fleet in a cost-effective and compliant framework.
