The Principal Performance Technology Australia position focuses on supporting the Technology Australia leadership team in driving performance across BHP priorities through collaboration with Technology and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate insights to guide data-driven decision making for Technology Australia leaders.
- Conduct presentations and facilitate routines using storytelling to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Apply strategic thinking and multiple lenses to enhance decision making outcomes.
- Utilize understanding of the business context, BHP operating model, and ways of working to improve productivity and value chain performance.
Candidates should possess:
- Demonstrated experience in proactively delivering outcomes and leading change and improvement.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize work across multiple domains.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence a broad stakeholder network, including senior leaders.
- Demonstrated self-awareness and coaching capabilities for uplifted outcomes.
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
