Culinary Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to oversee the culinary vision and operations of our venues in Fremantle, Western Australia.


Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Vision:
  • Create and execute menus that reflect the unique concepts and appeal to diverse audiences.
  • Kitchen Management:
  • Lead and motivate high-performing kitchen teams to achieve exceptional food quality and consistency.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen operations, supplier relationships, and food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service and meet customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Culinary Leader in multi-outlet or concept-driven venues.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Deep understanding of modern Australian and Asian cuisine, with expertise in wood-fired cooking.
  • Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
