Dynamic Event Officer Role

We are seeking an ambitious and organized Dynamic Event Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of a range of key events as part of our annual initiatives.

This role focuses on delivering pre-tertiary educational outreach programs for students in Years 9-12, as well as training and development opportunities for current staff and students.

About You
  • A relevant degree and skills gained through any combination of education, training, and experience in events (both online and in-person) and program administration.
  • Highly developed time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve required outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to articulate information clearly and succinctly.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate with influence, build and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including university staff and students, vendors, and external partners.
