Job Title: Insurance Specialist

Overview

  • This dynamic role demands technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documents in line with internal processes and guidelines.
  • Partner with clients to understand their insurance needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
  • Deliver high-standard service and professional advice throughout the sales, client onboarding process, and the full policy lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Tier 1 accreditation and relevant certifications.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, including financial lines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM systems.
