Job Title: Automation Specialist Leader

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead a team of automation specialists in designing, building and implementing enterprise process automation platforms and solutions. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise to ensure that platforms and solutions are configured to best practices and meet business needs.

About the Team:

This role sits within the Digital Delivery Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. The team successfully delivers strategic priorities cost effectively and optimizes client outcomes, employee experience and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of automation specialists in the design, build and implementation of enterprise process automation platforms and solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure platforms and solutions are configured to best practices and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT Shared Services, architecture team, project teams and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise pipeline of process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in automation and integration.
  • Deep expertise in at least one enterprise-grade RPA platform and one low-code platform.
  • Familiarity with common RPA and low-code use cases, patterns for platform management and understanding of platform governance, security and performance monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical designs to non-technical stakeholders and engage collaboratively with business SMEs and external vendors.
