We're seeking a seasoned Financial Specialist to join our high-performing commercial banking team. This exciting role will see you play a pivotal part in driving sustainable business growth for our clients.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you'll be instrumental in assessing lending risks and opportunities, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to our goal of achieving top satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in early deal qualification, risk assessment, and structuring.
  • Conduct financial modelling and analysis for health sector clients with significant turnovers.
  • Prepare credit submissions for new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate deal execution, including documentation and funding.
  • Monitor client performance, conduct annual reviews, and report financial results for compliance purposes.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Expertise in credit paper preparation and advanced cash flow analysis.
  • Proven experience in writing and analysing complex financial transactions.
  • Well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills, including forecasting.
  • Ability to assess complex transactions and make informed risk evaluations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects across internal and external stakeholders.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce (highly regarded).
