A leading hospitality group is seeking a skilled IT professional to support its extensive network of properties across Australia and New Zealand. As an IT Property Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, providing exceptional technical support, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of enterprise systems, and experience in system configuration, software deployment, and monitoring, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess sound project management skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be required to coordinate new server installations, upgrades, decommissions, and maintenance while traveling between properties.

About the Role:

  • Support and maintain all IT systems across our properties.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property systems and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system checks and perform necessary updates and backups.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT operations and support.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and SCOM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus software, VLANs, and switching principles.
