Project Delivery Manager

Deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
Lead and manage the setup of a project from start to finish.
- Effectively manage issues, risks, conflicts, priorities, communications, and personnel.
- Work positively with various individuals and groups involved in the project program.
- Proactive interventions and decision-making to ensure the project stays on track.
- Coach, guide, and mentor the delivery team by developing a team that is both outcomes-focused and customer-focused.
- Remove obstacles and impediments to delivery as a scrum master in agile delivery.
- Organize system delivery, showcase, and rollout in accordance with agile methodology.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with different levels of stakeholders to achieve project goals.
