- Case Management: Manage a caseload of workers, maintaining accurate records of their progress, employment outcomes, and communication with stakeholders.
- Support Services: Coordinate and/or complete additional support services as needed, such as retraining, vocational assessments, and workplace accommodations to facilitate successful employment transitions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and insurance providers, to ensure a holistic approach to the workers' recovery and return to work.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to workplace rehabilitation and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into service delivery.
