Key Responsibilities- Store Operations
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Team Management
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing retail store team.
- Recruit, hire, and manage store staff, including performance management and development.
- Sales and Performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Business Development
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement business strategies, initiatives, and growth plans.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and implement plans to achieve these goals.
- Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with the District Manager to resolve escalated customer issues.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
