We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Singleton Gym and Swim Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility, with a focus on safety and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a high-quality service delivery and a safe environment for patrons.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Monitor and maintain the facility's safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a facility environment.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate.
