As part of our People & Culture team, you'll partner with our customers to attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds. You'll assist with our vision 'to create a brighter future together', by supporting the TA Strategy and key team priorities, including employer brand, sourcing, digital, and diversity.

The People & Culture team work with each business unit to make us a great place to be. We have a dynamic team of around 30 members, comprising BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.

  • You'll support the attraction and hiring of top talent
  • Assist with the development of our TA strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes

Key qualities for success:

  • In-house or RPO recruitment experience from a large Corporate
  • Insurance or Financial Services industry experience (though not essential)
  • Success Factors ATS experience (though not essential)
