Job Description

The Organisational Development Chapter Area aims to enhance organisational effectiveness and culture through people experiences, processes and systems. We work across the Group to deeply understand our peoples' lived experience and create change required to enable them to deliver our business strategy and purpose.

As an OD Lead in the Chapter Area, you will lead the design and development, implementation, and enhancement of people experiences, processes and systems. This role will enable the integration, activation and embedding of skills-led career practices across the Group.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement. You should be adept in using systems thinking, human-centred design, and other problem-solving methodologies.

You should also have critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills to get to the root cause of problems and identify recommendations. Additionally, experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working is essential.

Previous experience working with skills frameworks, talent marketplaces or career platforms (e.g. Workday, Degreed) is highly desirable.
