We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Bar and Floor Staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Job Description:

Our Bar and Floor Staff are responsible for delivering a world-class food and beverage experience across multiple dining and bar areas. They will be actively involved in the bar service, including cocktail making, beer, wine, and spirit pouring, cash handling duties, and replenishment of beverage products.

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for running food and beverages to customers, greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring all tables are wiped down and cleared, collecting empty glasses and plates from the floor during business hours, and restocking essential items at the end of the night.

As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for restocking the bar with glasses and other stock items, ensuring all tables are wiped down and cleared, collecting empty glasses and plates from the floor during business hours, and restocking the keg room at the end of the night.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivation
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • At least 1+ year of hospitality experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment desirable
